Here’s why you should make homemade broth!

Bone broth is a staple around here. I try to consume a lot of it because it supports my joint health, and I also try to include it family meals on the regular so that my husband and kiddos can enjoy the benefits as well.

My method of making bone broth is pretty simple – you can check out how I make it in the oven with very little fuss here.

Lately, I've been making smaller, more frequent batches in the crock pot. It's so easy to just add bones and veggie scraps to the crock pot, cover it all with water, and walk away. Yep, that's really all there is to it!
