Beauty doesn't have to be hard, and it doesn't have to rely on artificial chemicals. There are a lot of tricks that you can use to make yourself look better with natural ingredients that you have in your home. Coffee beauty products are a great example. There are several topical uses of a coffee that can do a lot of good for your skin, and these coffee beauty recipes are so easy that anyone can do them.

Brilliant ways to use coffee in your green beauty routine.

Start With Exfoliation

Exfoliation is a great foundation for a skin care routine. Pure coffee grounds work reasonably well for exfoliation, but they can also be a little too harsh for some people. A fine grind can help with that, but the best solution is to make a scrub. There are a lot of different recipes, and you should experiment to find one that works for you, but a mixture of coffee grounds and a small amount of olive oil is an excellent place to start.

Soften Your Lips

Once you've softened your skin, you can move on to your lips. Mix equal proportions of coffee grounds and honey, and then gently rub it into your lips. Keep rubbing for about thirty seconds, and gentle wipe it off with a wet towel. This is a good way to soothe and nourish chapped lips, so feel free to apply it as soon as you start to notice a problem.

Deal With Cellulite

Your coffee scrub can also do a lot to help with cellulite, but it won't last forever. This is probably the most famous of the topical uses of coffee, and it does work, but only for a few hours at a time. If you want to get the best possible results, apply the scrub as late as you can, and only rely on it for short periods of time.

Treat Puffy Eyes

Most coffee DIYs are easy, but none of them are as easy as making coffee beauty products to deal with puffy eyes. Simply take the coffee grounds from your morning coffee and let them cool for a while. Rub them under your eyes and let them sit for about twenty minutes, then rinse them off. The caffeine will work to reduce the puffiness. It's a common ingredient in many facial cremes for that reason, but it works just as well when it comes from a bean.

Improving Skin and Circulation

All of the topical uses of coffee rely on using caffeine to improve circulation, which can do a lot to improve your appearance. Gently rub a mixture of coffee grounds and oil into any of your problems areas, let it sit for twenty to thirty minutes, and gentle rinse it off. The mixture of massage from the rubbing and caffeine from the coffee will work wonders on your skin.
