I was addicted to energy drinks for a long, long time. But they, and other kinds of sodas and sports drinks are pretty gross if you think about it. All they are is sugar (and not even whole, real sugar usually!), food dye (bad! bad! bad!), and weird chemicals added for flavor and to get you all cracked out.
Let's start drinking better stuff, mmkay? All of these beverages can be drunk drank unsweetened, but if you do decide to sweeten them, pretty please use something REAL, like sucanat, honey, molasses or cane sugar. Yes, they have calories in them. But that's what food is for.
  • 100% fruit juice
  • Coconut water
  • Kombucha
  • WATER
  • Lemonade
  • Iced Tea
  • Hot tea
  • COFFEE ♥
  • Superfood Smoothies
  • Carrot Juice
  • Tomato Juice
  • Milk (cow, goat, almond, soy, whatever!)
  • Sparkling water (add some fruit juice for a "soda" that's not gross)
  • Water again.
Happy hydrating!

Please enjoy this recycled post! Staying hydrated is a vital part of staying healthy and fit - make healthy choices! 🙂

I'm really liking this series you have going on. I've been drinking diet pepsi now for so long, it's so hard to stop. It's the devil.

Oh and because I'm a herp derp, I thought you were on my links page when you weren't but I fixed that.

I'm so glad, Angie! I have you linked on my about page, but I'm gonna take this moment to change it from your Etsy shop to your website! xo

I love that! Of course, tea doesn't have calories unless you sweeten it or add milk.

Did you know you can make your own electrolyte replenisher? It has an effect similar to Gatorade, without all the fake stuff, at a much lower price.
