Benefits of Lavender and Chamomile

We all know that it's important to take care of our bodies, but how often do you consider what your body needs at the end of a long day?

The soothing scent of lavender and chamomile is well-known for its benefits. You can find it in soaps, candles, or food like iced tea - but you can also use essential oils to make a sleepy time linen spray!

Both lavender and chamomile have been used to relieve anxiety, insomnia, headaches and cramps as well as many other physical ailments. Some people enjoy a cup of chamomile tea to relax.

Others enjoy a warm bath with essential oil of lavender. Here, we'll combine these two fragrant herbs, which are known for their calming and sleepy effects, into an effective sleepy time spray.

Essential oils are a powerful way to use herbs, since they're so highly concentrated.

That's why you don't need much of these ingredients to make a useful sleepy time linen spray!
