Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer

I love creamer in my coffee, but I've never found a store-bought version that is both a.) sugar free and b.) made with real-food ingredients.

And while it's easy to simply add a splash of cream, stevia and vanilla to your cup of coffee, it's also really easy to go overboard on any of those ingredients. Mixing up a batch of this creamer saves a lot of time, and gets you caffeinated perfection every time !

Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk - I use whole, but that's up to you. 😉
  • 9 grams (packets) powdered stevia OR ½ teaspoon stevia extract
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions:

I add the stevia, vanilla, and milk to my container first, then shake it up really well to combine.

Then, I add the cream half a cup at a time, shaking each time. You can see very clearly if the vanilla is not mixing in, so keep mixing until the creamer is a uniform color.

I also shake the creamer each time I use it.

It's really that simple!

This recipe makes a barely-sweet creamer that I'm crazy about. You could easily add more stevia to sweeten it up even more.

I would love to experiment with making this creamer using different extracts!

What flavors do you like in your coffee?

Thanks! I will definitely be trying this soon. We go through a lot of French vanilla creamer at our house.
